i had a queen lux room . the room include a large shower. the hotel provided a high quality umbrella, i used it once. it felt cozy, and i was satisfied.
i think the showerhead dripped a lot after using it the first time.

Jay at reception offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room it was a sweet surprise. The balcony offered clear views of the surrounding buildings it elevated my stay. The room included nice decorations it. Breakfast offered a satisfying selection it was a convenient start to each day.
The bathroom was a bit small. Counter space was limited.

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated the clean rooms and nice bathrooms, they provided a very positive experience.
The WiFi worked for only one day. There was no coffee pot in the room. I also noticed that the refrigerator was full of items for purchase, leaving no space for my own belongings.

Really good Hospitality in a Prime Location

The doorman Richard provided helpful directions. I found the staff to be super nice, professional, and helpful. Ray even started calling employees to find my inadvertently left earrings. They were located within 15 minutes. Mike, the bellhop, was definitely helpful and pleasant. I was grateful for such dedicated service.
The bathroom floor was slightly sunken. this did not affect the overall experience.

The breakfast bar has a very friendly attendant, Carol, who is always nice to see in the mornings. There is a great coffee machine available in the dining area. The continental breakfast includes a bonus.

The check-in process was efficient. The girl who checked us in was very friendly. Richard, the doorman, was very helpful answering questions with directions. The staff were pretty good too ensure a comfortable stay.
